We want you to absolutely love your purchased from AGUA SALÁ BEACHWEAR We know online shopping can be tricky so we’re here to help.
If you’d like to return items, please send us an email within 14 days from the day of delivery. Don’t forget to indicate your order number and the email address associated with the order. We’ll explain you how to proceed.
We request the swimsuit to be returned in its original packaging and condition with the pouch. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is washed, worn, damaged, with deodorant, perfume, make-up stains or without the sanitary protection label, we will not be able to take it back.
Please note that return shipping costs, custom & duties are the responsibility of the customer – original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
When you return is accepted, we’ll offer you a store credit, which can be used to purchase your preferred size/style. If you want any help on sizing or styling using your Store Credit, just get in touch. We’re happy to help!
If an item is out of stock, please sign up in the product page for the Product’s “back in stock” email notifications to stay informed on when it will be back!
Your store credit is valid for 12 months so you can be sure that if there isn’t something you want to use it on right now, there certainly will be within the year.
We don’t offer refunds at the moment.
Duties & Taxes
VAT & import duty charges may apply to countries not within the EU. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order.
