1. Do sizes run small?
No, they run true to size. If you have any doubts, please check our size chart.
2. Can I buy one size for the top and another for the bottom?
No, we only sell full sets.
3. Can I buy only one piece?
Yes, you can purchase individual pieces on our website. Prices for each piece are listed there.
4. How much time will it take for my order to arrive?
We will ship your order the next working day, and the delivery time will vary depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.
5. Where is AGUA SALÁ from?
AGUA SALÁ is a Colombian brand with headquarters in France.
6. Do you have a physical store where I can make a purchase?
No, we exclusively operate as an online shop. But we have partner with amazing boutiques around Italy and France where you can find our unique collections. Please check the list of boutiques on the link.
7. Can I get a refund if I return a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we can assist you in exchanging the size of your bathing suit.
8. What payment methods are accepted?
You can make payments online through PayPal or with major credit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.
9. I've recently placed an order, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. Where is it?
Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to arrive in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please contact us.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, and we will issue you a credit note. Please note that we do not provide refunds for changes of mind or orders placed by mistake, even if your order has not yet been dispatched.
11. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order if you email us before it is dispatched, provided the desired items are in stock.
12. What should I do if the item I want to change to is sold out?
If the item you want is sold out, we can provide you with a credit note so you can order it at a later date when it becomes available for sale.
13. Can I join a waitlist for sold-out items?
Our collections have limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity of our swimwear. To stay informed about restocks and new collections, please sign up for our email newsletter on the homepage. Additionally, you can sign up for product notifications to receive an email as soon as a particular item is restocked. You will find this option on the product page itself.
